HOW CAN I BUY LIFT TICKETS ONLINE?

The online purchase is very easy. You have to login on the portal, choose the type of ticket to buy, and then: 

1) if you have a KeyCard, register the number and proceed with the payment by credit card. Once charging is complete, you will not need to go to the ticket office: take the keycard with you and use it directly to the gates.

2) If you do not have a KeyCard you can collect your ticket (on a non-reusable card for other purchases) from the automatic ticket machine using the barcode in the receipt email or go to collect it on a KeyCard (reusable) at the ticket offices: in this case you will only be asked for a deposit of 5€.

3) If you bought single trips, you can use the barcode that you will receive on the ticket receipt email. You can print it and take it with you or use it directly from a mobile device. Our gates are equipped with a reader for both cases.


Next time you want to make other purchases, you can avoid registering your personal data again: the system will store them and allow a faster and easier procedure.

In any case the system will  send you a receipt email.

MAY I BUY SEVERAL LIFT TICKTS IN ONE TRANSACTION?

Yes you can easily buy the ticket for your children, family or friends in one single transaction.
 
We will store your information and connect your various tickets into one single useraccount. Your ticket and associated family and friends can easily be administered. Next time you want to buy a ticket there will be no need register keycard numbers and names.

RECEIPT AND CONFIRMATION?

The system will send a confirmation e-mail to the address used for registration in which the information relating to the purchase is reported (ticket header, ticket type, fare).
If it is a purchase without a card, present this receipt to the ticket office to collect your card (a deposit of € 5 is required) or go to the automatic cash point and pass the code. If you bought single trips, you can use the barcode that you will receive on the ticket receipt email. You can print it and take it with you or use it directly from a mobile device. Our gates are equipped with a reader for both cases.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

The skipass is only refunded in case of ski accidents from the day presented at the cash desk. A doctor’s certificate issued by a doctor working in the Tauferer Ahrntal or in the hospital the injured person has been taken to is necessary. The doctor’s certificate must state that the owner of the skipass can no longer ski as a result of the injury. Accompanying people or family members have no right to refunding. The amount to be refunded depends on the days already used. No refunding is possible for hourly passes, half-day and day passes.

In the summer season, refunds are not provided.

CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS FOR USERS OF DIFFERENT AGES?

Yes, you can choose between different age groups: 

Summer 2020:

  • Adults
  • Children under 16 years old (burn after 1st January 2004)
  • Free children under 8 years old (burn after 1st January 2012)
  • Senior citizens (burn before 31st December 1954)


Winter 2020/2021:

  • Adults
  • Children under 16 years old (burn after 1st December 2004)
  • Free children under 8 years old, if an adult gets a skipass for the same period (burn after 1st December 2012)
  • Free children under 6 years old (burn after 1st December 2014)
  • Senior citizens (burn before 1st December 1955)

WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE?

During the purchase you can choose whether to buy, together with the ski passes, also the insurance at the additional price of € 3.00/day/person. For more information visit the Snowcare website.

HOW CAN I GET A KEYCARD?

You can collect your card at one of the ticket offices in our area.
Keep the KeyCard and use it for your online purchases, the deposit (€ 5.00) will still be returned to you if you decide to return the card intact and functional.

We offer the possibility to buy even without a Keycard, thanks to our automatic ticket machines. In this case, use the code on the receipt. The support does not require a deposit and cannot be reused for subsequent purchases.
