If you bought single trips, you can use the barcode that you will receive on the ticket receipt email. You can print it and take it with you or use it directly from a mobile device. Our gates are equipped with a reader for both cases.
The skipass is only refunded in case of ski accidents from the day presented at the cash desk. A doctor’s certificate issued by a doctor working in the Tauferer Ahrntal or in the hospital the injured person has been taken to is necessary. The doctor’s certificate must state that the owner of the skipass can no longer ski as a result of the injury. Accompanying people or family members have no right to refunding. The amount to be refunded depends on the days already used. No refunding is possible for hourly passes, half-day and day passes.
In the summer season, refunds are not provided.

Keep the KeyCard and use it for your online purchases, the deposit (€ 5.00) will still be returned to you if you decide to return the card intact and functional.
We offer the possibility to buy even without a Keycard, thanks to our automatic ticket machines. In this case, use the code on the receipt. The support does not require a deposit and cannot be reused for subsequent purchases.
